Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits are required for all services and are non refundable. To cancel or reschedule we require 48 hours noticed. If notice is given the deposit will remain on your account and can be used towards a future service or to purchase products.
We require 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. If notice is not provided you will be charged for 50% of the scheduled service.
Same day cancellations or no shows will result in your account being flagged and the full service will be charged to your account. In the case that your account is flagged, you will be required to pay 80% of the service before booking.
